What Do I Get?
All KavaChart products are available as downloads. In each case, once your credit card has been approved, you will be directed to our download site. The download package you receive will contain the product and documentation, including installation notes, release notes and other notices in the form of "readme files".
What if I Want KavaChart on Media?
We do offer all of our KavaChart products
on CD, however, there is a media charge of $29.00 plus shipping. In addition,
we will add sales tax if delivered in California. If you want KavaChart on
a CD you can either purchase the product on-line, download it and contact
us at Orders to follow-up with a CD or indicate on your PO that you want KavaChart on media.

When you submit a PO, please include contact information (preferably an end user), including name, phone number and email address for support and product update notification purposes.
Normally, we don't allow products to be downloaded until payment has been received. Payment terms are approved on a case-by-case basis but in no event shall terms exceed net 30 days.
